The original Ordinary Joe's opened in Oakville, CT, October 8, 2005. Good friends Joe Vitone, Steve Martino, and Joe Romano (aka Joe Ro), started with a simple idea: Let's take an ordinary neighborhood bar to another level. They offered loads of TV's, tons of sports, a great beer and cocktail selection, reasonably priced pub food, and a friendly yet sometimes competitive atmosphere, and Ordinary Joe’s quickly became a local favorite.

19 years later, they found the perfect spot and decided to do it all over again with  the addition of new partner, Torrington resident & Oakville Native Al Wheeler. Add in our extraordinary staff of dedicated employees, and there you have it.
